things you won't find outside of St Louis

Well, ive done my share of traveling and i gotta say... there are some things you just can't find outside of St Louis...
toasted ravioli for instance

when i first left Missouri, i would go into an Italian restaurant and order fried ravioli and they'd look at me like i had flies in my teeth. OK, that's not a good example because sometimes, i did have flies in my teeth (anyone who's ever rode a motorcycle will identify, but i digress)
No one had ever heard of fried ravioli!

Then a few years ago, Jack-in-the-Box came up with some perverted version but it just never took off. People outside of st Louis just couldn't quite grasp the concept.

My question to you here today is this:
Can anyone else think of other things that are specific to St Louis?

One thing you couldn't find was a "concrete." Ted Drewes was the first, then Lion's Choice came up with their version. Years later Dairy Queen came out with their rendition called the Blizzard. But as far as I know, the only place I know that has concretes is in STL area.

Imo's Provel cheese is strictly a St. Louis thing.  Gooey butter cake originated in St. Louis also, and isn't found in most other cities.

i found IMO's on-line and seems they do deliver, LOL. You can buy the provel cheese, cans of their pizza sauce and looks like they'll even ship you some crust. Woohoo! I know what I'm having for my Christmas dinner.
